Delivery Rates & Zones
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (UK) and Europe. However, only customers from the UK Mainland can buy online. For delivery to other areas, please contact us with your full address details and product quantities for delivery rates. Please note that palletised orders are delivered by default on an 18T lorry and require decent access for delivery. Smaller 7.5T lorries can be arranged at request, please contact us if unsure.
Please contact us if you require shipping to Northern Ireland. We are able to ship small items and samples via Royal Mail. For anything over 20kg in weight you will need to arrange your own shipping. We can assist you with finding a shipper to collect from us but cannot book or arrange this on your behalf.
Standard Delivery (2-5 working days)
We provide a standard 2-5 working day courier service for regular orders and a roadside pallet service for large orders. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours but can take longer during busy periods

To request a separate delivery quote or to organise your own delivery, you may complete your order by selecting ‘collection’ at the checkout.
We are unable to guarantee delivery times or call before delivery. A signature is usually required on receipt, so please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. To arrange a weekend delivery, please contact our sales team. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, or if you have chosen to collect your order, a member of our sales team will contact you with further details.
We can provide an expedited delivery service but this is dependent on stock status and location. Please call for rates.
PO Box Addresses
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as a signature is required for all deliveries.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to BFPO addresses at this time.
